I currently have 2 properties for sale that work great for a mother-in-law setup or for the homeowner that would like live in one unit and rent out the other. I am now selling lots in the Hailey Creek Subdivision. Rigby's newest subdivision will feature commercial pads, residential lots, and mulitfamily lots. The subdivision also features Jefferson County's newest school in South Fork Elementary. Take a look at the brochure and website listed under Hailey Creek.
There are also 3 new homes for sale in Hailey Creek. The are currently under construction and will be fully landscaped and range from the low 160's to the mid 180's. Let me know if you would like to see any of these properties.

Short sales and foreclosures are on the rise in Jefferson County Idaho. The number of Bank owned properties and distressed sales has become a major part of our market. This is good for the buyers but can make it extremely hard for the typical seller.
